Lokesh holds first review meeting on administration!

In the absence of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, his son and TDP party workers welfare fund coordinator, Nara Lokesh held his first review meeting relating to administration. He spoke to MLAs and party leaders and Ministers in a two hour long in-camera meeting on Tuesday regarding paddy procurement and ensuring remunerative prices to farmers.

Lokesh keenly listened to problems highlighted by the MLAs and party leaders and how Ministers responded to their queries. Media was not allowed to the meeting and it is said that wherever required Lokesh intervened and made suggestions to Ministers and wanted them to take up these problems with the officials.

The meeting may be an indication of growing importance of Lokesh in the party and his future political ambitions. It is known that Lokesh was looking after the party’s poll campaign since the 2009 elections. It is confirmed that he will be contesting the 2019 elections.
