Lookout Notice Issued Against Sujana Chowdary?

Enforcement Directorate has been raiding the offices of Former Union Minister Sujana Chowdary on the allegations of Shell Companies and Money laundering. Some Media Houses are reporting that ED had issues a Lookout Notice for Sujana Chowdary which will not allow him to go out of the country without the prior permission of the authorities.

Earlier there were allegations of a company belonging to Sujana evaded money after taking a loan from a Mauritius Bank but then Modi Government did not take any action on him and continued him as the Minister until TDP pulled out of the NDA Government. Back then, there were rumours that Sujana may be tilting towards BJP for this very reason.

But Sujana stuck to TDP. Things went from bad to worse after Chandrababu Naidu came close to Congress Party and then, ED came hounding after Sujana Chowdary. Even if one consider all the allegations on Sujana to be true, it will not auger well to the image of Narendra Modi of sparing the corrupt when in NDA and coming after them when they are out of the NDA Government.
