If YSR Congress is finding fault for collecting over 30000 acres for Amaravati, the then YSR Government gave these lands to Nimmagadda for the development of port and industrial corridor which never happened. 11805 acres land is almost a Mini Amaravati, one-thirds of the land pooled for Amaravati.

According to CBI Jagan floated a number of companies wherein quid pro quo investments have been made by beneficiaries from decisions of the state government headed by his father. The investors of Jagan’s companies were benefitted in various forms like SEZs (special economic zones), irrigation contracts, relaxation/permission for real estate ventures, mines among others.
