Lowest bidder Wizcraft wins tender for Amaravati

Event Management Company of Mumbai, Wizcraft managed to win the tender for the event management of Amaravati Foundation Stone laying ceremony. The company had bid lowest of 9.5 Crore for the event. Only two companies bid for the tender. The company had to level 50 acres near Venkatapalem for the event and arrange seating for 50000 people including VIPs and VIPs.

The stage should be prepared with 100 seating. The company representatives should receive VIPs from Gannavaram Airport. They should take care of their accomodation, transport and every thing till they goes back. Government will be paying for the transportation and accommodation of VVIPs. Invitations and promotions in Newspapers, TVs, FM Radios and Internet is the resposibility of the event management company.

The company should also take care of entrances, barricading, sound system, lighting, generators, toilets, drinking water, break fast for VIPs, cultural programs, anchoring and others. They should also take care of the photography and videography of the event and should prepare 2-3 short films of the event later.
