Poonam Pandey and his PR team with a single Instagram post of her death news made entire mainstream media carried the news seriously.
Not just all mainstream media channels, their websites carried the news how it is shocking to hear her death news.
But, social media did not believe this nonsense and netizens outright made fun it of the death news calling it a fake and publicity gimmick.
A netizen commented Poonam Pandey certainly has raised awareness about how dead mainstream media is in India. That none of these media houses thought it essential to verify the news before putting it out shows the depths to which they have fallen. Poonam Pandey isn’t dead. What little credibility mainstream media in India carried surely is.
If is funny how main stream media carried the news everywhere without Poonam having any severe illness history in the past. And it is not like they fell for a star actress or someone reliable.
