Major Challenge Ahead for Opposition in Andhra Pradesh

All the decks are cleared for the conduct of the Local Elections in Andhra Pradesh. After looking into all the objections and various issues, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has given its nod for the conduct of the elections. The Court asked to complete the entire process between January 17th and March 3rd.

The State Election Commission will begin the process soon. The outcome of these elections will be extremely crucial for the Opposition parties in Andhra Pradesh. They have to take these elections as the Referrundum of the Government’s rule so far and achieve significant results.

Usually, the local elections do favor the ruling parties, So they will have to fight against all odds to make an impact. After a disappointing assembly election, TDP desperately needs some boost with these elections. The important thing is to boost the morale of the cadre to face the election.

Things will be even worse for Janasena which does not have the grassroots level machinery that is extremely necessary to face such elections.
