Nara Chandrababu Naidu was in Mydukur of YSR district. He put a garland on NTR’s statue on occassion of NTR’s death anniversary and addressed a public meeting.
During the meeting, Telugu Desam politburo member Srinivas Reddy requested Chandrababu to make Nara Lokesh as the deputy CM.
Prior to that district leaders gave a grand welcome to Babu. Babu flew to Mydukuru in an helicopter from Kadapa.
From little whispers within party circles, the demand for elevation of Nara Lokesh has now become public. The leaders are becoming more and more vocal about Nara Lokesh becoming the future deputy CM.
TDP general secretary Buddha Venkanna also made a similar demand earlier. The TDP cadre has become 1 crore and those in the party feel it was possible due to the efforts of Nara Lokesh through Yuva Galam padayatra.
Lokesh has been quite active and proven his mettle on various occasions. Also, the TDP cadre wants to see Nara Lokesh as the face of TDP during 2029 elections.
