The other day, Mallareddy showered praises on Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in a government event giving rise speculations. Given that all the leaders are joining TRS one by one, every one expected the news to be true especially after Mallareddy’s praises on KCR.

Malakjgiri is the biggest constituency in the country, Chandrababu Naidu gave the ticket to Mallareddy against all odds and later he won with a thumping majority. Huge presence of educated voters and settlers helped his win. A Union Minister (Sarve Satyanarayana), a bureaucrat-turned-politician (Jay Prakash Narayana), a retired DGP (Dinesh Reddy) took on Mallareddy in this constituency.
