Maoists Movement Increased in Telangana?

Union Government has sent Intelligence Alert to Telangana about increased Maoist Movement in the state. Center has proposed to protect Three Major Irrigation Projects with Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). There is reliable information with the Center that Maoists are planning to attack these projects.

Warangal District Thupakula Gudem, Kaleshwaram and Sitarama Project in Khammam are said to be under the Maoist threat. Center has informed the State government to make necessary arrangements so that it can send the necessary CRPF forces.

The state government has also agreed for that and very soon three companies of CRPF will be sent there. Telangana government has spent huge money on these three projects. These Reports are worrisome with the government’s ambitions.
