Mass Outreach: Revanth Ahead Of KCR

The new chief minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy is taking the mass outreach programs very seriously. First, it was the commencement of the Praja Darbar program where he invited commoners to visit Praja Bhavan with their pleas which will be attended to by the government on a priority basis.

Now, Revanth has launched the much-talked-about Mahalakshmi program through which women in Telangana can travel in Palle Velugu buses free of cost. Both the schemes are clearly aimed at the masses and they are striking the right chord.

Revanth has set out with an evident plan to cater to the masses and he is ahead of ex-CM KCR in this aspect. One of the main complaints about KCR was the lack of public interactions as the Pragathi Bhavan was a heavily guarded entity while he was in power and there was very little contact between the public and the CM. But Revanth has changed it with Praja Darbar at Praja Bhavan.

The Mahalakshmi will also cater to the rural women and is certain to attain a positive image for Congress. Well, Revanth has certainly started off on the right note and a lot will depend on how he continues such mass outreach programs.
