Massive Response for Free Regularization!

It is known that the Telangana government has announced Free Regularization of houses in occupied government lands within 125 sq yards. The last date for accepting those applications is complete on 31st January. The response for this is really huge and the government had received 3,42,012 applications for free regularization.

About 50% (1,51,375) of these application came from Rangareddy district while 63582 applications came from Hyderabad. Revenue staff are being trained for processing these applications. The illegal occupations will be throughly checked if they fall in prescribed criteria before deciding the eligibility.

Government is sacrificing huge revenue by this Free regularization. As most of the applications are from Hyderabad and Rangareddy as the land rates are very high there. So, KCR government is planning to use this scheme maximum to derieve mileage in the beneficiaries.
