Medha to house non IT folks

Our readers are already aware that Andhra Pradesh government had leased the Rain Tree Park Residential community opposite Acharya Nagarjuna University in Guntur to house the Ministers and Babus. Now the government is in the process taking in to possession Medha IT Park in Gannavaram to house its key government departments.

The government should de-notify the facility as the IT Park was set up in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ). According to rules, non-IT wings can’t be operational there. The IT park is in close proximity to the Gannavaram airport and better connectivity to Vijayawada via Eluru Road and Benz Circle.

Medha Towers was constructed during previous government regime to house IT companies. Only 20000 sq feet of the total 200000 sq feet area is occupied in this towers. The building has all the necessary facilities like sufficient parking area, 24×7 power backup and centralised air-conditioner facilities. Another advantage is the foolproof security mechanism of the tower.
