Minister Goes To Watch A Film, CM Calls To Come Back

Panchayati Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao went to see the movie ‘Raithanna’ on Monday. He along with Filmmaker R. Narayanamurthy went to the Amrita Theater in Hanumakonda to watch the film. However, at the beginning of the film, Errabelli received a phone call from CM KCR asking to come to Hyderabad immediately.

Errabelli turned away without watching the film. Speaking to media on the occasion, Errabelli said, “Narayanamurthy is a family friend. I congratulate him for bringing to light the plight of the farmers through the film. Our Government brought many welfare schemes for farmers, but the new agricultural laws brought by Modi have become a curse for farmers”.

Narayanamurthy said that Raithanna is a movie that tells the world about the problems of the farmers and asked everyone to watch this movie. “The farm laws brought in by Modi Government are to benefit Ambanis and Adanis by robbing the farmers,” he criticized.
