Ministers, Legislators, Higher Offs to live in Amaravati Core Capital

CRDA is planning huge housing complexes in Rayapudi and Nelapadu of Amaravati which is the Core Capital Area and it will house Ministers, Legislators, Higher Officials going further. As many as 3840 plots will be made available in 61 towers.

As many as 288 flats were allotted to legislators, 144 flats to civil service officials, 1,968 flats to NGOs, 384 flats to gazetted officers-1,336 flats to gazetted officers-2 and 720 flats to fourth class employees. Lands were already handed over to the contractor and the primary work began already.

The construction of the 61 towers with 12 floors each will be completed by January 2019 and they will be occupied by the Assembly elections in May that year. L&T Construction, Shapoorji and Pallonji and NCC have got the contracts.
