Missing: People file complaint on MLA

People belonging to Sainagar Panchayati of Tirupati Rural had filed a police complaint with Tiruchanur Police Station about their missing MLA, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy (Chandragiri). They stated that the MLA promised to be just a phone call away during the election campaign but is not seen any where after the elections. The people also added that the MLA is turning a deaf ear to the problems of the people and did not even come to the Janmabhoomi program. They requested Police to find the MLA in seven days.

Chevireddy who won the election over Galla Aruna has become very controversial since then. He is only seen in media press meets. He stirred controversy by meeting arrested Red Sandal smugglers in Rajahmundry Central jail and also by hurling abuses on the Speaker and face disqualification (but some how escaped in the last minute). Later in the identification of bogus beneficiaries, It is found that YSR Congress Chandragiri MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy’s father Subrahmanyam Reddy is drawing pension (Pension Number: AP102600500742) from the government over the years.
