Modi Had Bowed Down, Jagan Is Nothing

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had addressed the nation on Friday morning and announced repealing of the controversial farm laws. This has come after a long struggle by farmers of Punjab. Modi Government has ignored it for a long time and finally subdued to pressure.

Interestingly, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy similarly ignored the agitation of Amaravati farmers for about two and a half years now. After Modi’s backstep, there has been a discussion on social media that it is going to be the turn of Jagan Mohan Reddy next.

“Jagan may think he is strong with over 150 MLAs but Narendra Modi was even stronger. After many alliance governments, Modi has led BJP to an absolute majority for two terms in a row. He is also absolutely ruthless. But when there are signs of dissent from the people, we have seen him come down at decreasing fuel prices and repealing farm laws. Jagan will have to face the same one day,” they say.

“Modi had bowed down, Jagan is nothing,” they say. It is known that Amaravati farmers are undertaking a Maha Padayatra to Tirumala. And then, AP high court has started daily hearings of the petitions filed against moving the capital from Amaravati in the name of three capitals.
