Modi Inaugurates Key Development Projects of Telangana

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in his maiden Telangana visit. The Prime Minister reached Hyderabad on a Private Plane, to be welcomed by Telangana CM and Governor and from there, he reached to Komatibanda via a special chopper. Modi inaugurated Mission Bhagiratha, the piped drinking water scheme, in Gajwel, Medak district.

Modi also remotely commissioned the 1,600 MW National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) power plant and a fertilizer factory, both in Ramagundam of Karimnagar district. And then the Prime Minister dedicated to the nation the 1,200 MW plant of Singareni Collieries Company in Adilabad district and inaugurated Kaloji Narayan Rao Health University in Warangal.

Modi laid the foundation stone for Manoharabad-Kuttapally railway line also using remote. The Prime Minister will shortly address a Public Meeting at Gajwel. TRS government had congregated about 2 Lakh People for the meeting. KCR’s nephew and Irrigation Minister, Harish Rao personally supervised all the arrangements at Gajwel.
