Modi Not to Give a Chance to Gauge the Success of Notes Ban

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley himself admitted that there is no estimation about the Black Money in the country. He admitted this in a written answer to Lok Sabha. He clearly stated that there is no estimate with the government about Black Money in the country before November 8th.

This may be an intentional ploy by the government because not letting out the actual number will ensure that there will be no rating on the gains due to Demonetization. Earlier the center estimated that at least Three and Half Lakh crore Black Money will not be deposited back and it will be passed on to the people.

But then slowly the entire 15.6 Lakh Crore of the Demonetized money is being deposited in banks. Even though, there are minor gains from this scheme it is nowhere near the expenses put on the scheme and the hardships faced by the people. Since there is no Black Money estimation, no one can gauge the success of Demonetization
