Modi Warning: What’s The Fate Of Film Industry!

The prime minister of India, Narendra Modi has issued a social warning to all public classes by instructing to reduce the usage of petrol and diesel. He even advised against procuring of any Gold for a span of next one year.

It is evident that they are going to be several logistical and also financial repercussions that will be felt by the common public in the next few days.

If that is the situation, then there’s every chance that the film industry might also take the brunt of the attack.

If the financial situation depletes and it comes to a point where people are concerned about basic commodities, then the last thing they would be bothered about is theatrical entertainment.

The OTT revolution will lead the way again, much like the way it did during the Covid pandemic. Show the Telugu film industry needs to be potentially prepared, even for an OTT take down if need be.

These are going to be extremely challenging times, not just for the film industry, but also the entertainment industry has a whole as things are projected to change drastically in the next few weeks.

The best possible outcome is for producers and directors to keep themselves updated with the current market situation and plan their future choices accordingly.
