Modi’s Master Trap to Ganguly

Narendra Modi, BJP’s next Prime Minister Candidate is now eyeing the states in which their party has no / less presence. He is contemplating on allies and bringing in popular figures to the party to strengthen the party position there. West Bengal is right on the top of his list. BJP almost has no presence in this state. So, Modi is trying to woo popular cricketer, Sourav Ganguly in to the Party there.

Sourav commands huge following there and is expected to influence the fortunes of the parties. Modi offered an MP seat to Ganguly and promised to make him Sports Minister if BJP comes to Power. Ganguly is currently busy as Cricket Commentator post his retirement, we will have to see if he agrees to this proposal.
