Mohan Babu’s Googly: Joining BJP?

If media reports are to be believed, Veteran Actor Mohan Babu has taken a new political decision. He is reportedly joining the BJP. Reports say that Mohan Babu along with Vishnu, Veronica, and Lakshmi met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi and the latter invited Mohan Babu to join the Saffron Party.

These reports if true will be a surprise because Mohan Babu revived his political career only a few months ago. He cornered the then TDP Government by staging a protest to release the pending dues of the Fees Reimbursement Scheme. Later, he joined the YSR Congress and even campaigned on the behalf of the party.

He is inactive after the elections but a few months ago, there was news that he is a strong contender for the TTD Chairman Post. Mohan Babu, back then, took to Twitter and clarified that he is not in the race. One would wonder what went wrong between Mohan Babu and Jagan to take such a decision.

BJP Sources were also tight-lipped about this news.
