Moment of Shame for Osmania As It Continues To Boil

105th Indian Science Congress which was supposed to happen from January 3rd-7th, 2018 in Osmania University is postponed due to the ongoing agitations in the campus. The Vice-Chancellor himself informed ISC that the campus can not host the Congress right now.

Intelligence Reports are also not favourable. Various Agitations are on in the campus including protests against the government over a student’s suicide, MRPS Agitation, Scheduled Tribes Agitation etc. Hyderabad has got the chance to host ISC after 11 years.

This is the first time ISC getting postponed in its over 100 years history. The Campus used to be on a boil during Telangana Agitation but things did not improve even after the state creation, much to the disappointment.
