Monday Is Very Important Day For Chandrababu

By tomorrow (October 9th), TDP President Chandrababu Naidu will have completed 30 days of imprisonment in Rajahmundry Central Jail. So far, the AP Government and CID haven’t provided any evidence against him in the Skill Development Scam.

Monday will be crucial for TDP leader Chandrababu. The verdicts on the petitions filed against him by the CID and the police, along with his bail petitions, will be pronounced on the 9th.

High Court Judge Justice K. Suresh Reddy will announce the decision on the bail petitions filed separately by Chandrababu Babu in connection with the Amaravati Inner Ring Road, Fibernet, and the Angallu incident.

It is known that the judgment has been reserved after the arguments on these lawsuits were recently concluded. On the other hand, the quash petition filed by Chandrababu in the Skill Development case will be heard in the Supreme Court on Monday.

The ACB court will announce its verdict on the 9th regarding the bail petition filed by him, seeking to be granted bail in the same case. Additionally, the CID will issue an order on the petition filed by the TDP chief, seeking to take him back into police custody.

It is known that after the arguments on the bail and custody petitions ended in the ACB court on Friday, the Magistrate postponed the verdict to Monday. In this context, there is considerable interest in whether Chandrababu will receive relief from these cases or not.
