Most Awaited AP IT Signature Tower Project Shelved

The fantasy of Chandrababu Naidu for Andhra Pradesh, the IT Signature Tower has been shelved. A lot of discussions have been done on this project for quite a long period of time and the officials were going to and fro to decide upon whether or not to go with the project.

Though the project would be a great icon to the state if made, it claims huge investment which is the main drawback to the project and the reason for it be shelved now. Government have drawn an outline and even took a step of appointing a renowned project consultant JLL, later called out global tenders for the project but have not got a good response to take the project further.

Now the government planned to build a cluster of small buildings in the space reserved for the signature tower at Rushikonda. On the other side, the Millennium Tower project is on the go and would be ready to be occupied by end of this year as reported by the officials.
