Recently, Telangana Government has sent a Special Flight to bring the bigwigs of Kitex Group who are at loggerheads with the Kerala Government and announced pulling out of the state. Minister KTR has met them for lunch and convinced them to invest 1000 Crore in Kakatiya Textile Park in Warangal.

A video of KTR bargaining with the Company representatives has surfaced on Twitter and is going viral. The Minister is seen promising best of the facilities and peace of mind if they invest in Telangana. “I know many states are talking to you. Tell me what all they promise. I will meet or beat all those offers,” he says.

The highlight of the video is how he says he has the best relations with Government of India. He also says he works with all the Ministers in the Government and can get work done. BJP has become a big threat to the TRS government in Telangana in recent times.

KTR himself is spearheading the attack on the Saffron party. But yet when it comes to speaking to the investors, he talks in one voice fostering federalism and regional co-operation. Probably that may have helped the World’s second biggest manufacturer of Kids Apparel to invest in Telangana.
