Naidu is the first in India to keep up the promise!

Whenever a government is pooling or acquiring land for an industry or a project, providing required training and giving jobs to land losing farmers is one of the most common promise. But it is also one of the most easily forgot promise too. But Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has no such idea. His government has already began working on it.

Andhra Pradesh Skill Development Corporation already started a survey in the first phase land pooling villages. Details like education qualifications, previous works, work interests are being noted. Later interested people will be grouped according to their interests and they will be trained accordingly in the local engineering colleges.

Capital region has very good number of educated people so mostly short term training will be sufficient for them initially. The Corporation is planning to complete the training in two months and immediately start placing them according to the promise. Since the time is very less, the Corporation do not want to work on own facilities but will be operating through a small nodal office in the capital region.
