Naidu’s costly mistake in Telangana!

TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu may be repenting for announcing R.Krishnaiah as the Chief Minister. Even though TDP is not sure of forming government in Telangana, it has announced Krishnaiah as CM Candidate and it is proving to be a costly mistake now. Krishnaiah is unable to gel with the party MLAs since the elections and is staying away from party affairs.

He is also making uncomfortable statements against the party and AP government on BC issues. Also it is said that Krishnaiah is planning to start a new political party to represent BCs. Traditionally, TDP enjoys the support of BCs and a BC party will mean that TDP’s support base will further deteriorate.

Also it will be very awkward if the party’s CM candidate is going out and floating a separate party. Finally, Krishnaiah is proving to be detrimental for the party which gave him political life. We will have to see how Chandrababu handles this mess!
