Naidu's masterstroke for employees shift!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu until now looked like is playing to the tunes of employees and is not going hard on them insisting on early shift. But Naidu hit it hard with a little policy change. The state government had decided that the local status will be accorded only to those employee families who shift before 2017.

Employees coming after 2017 will have to go after the normal procedure in which they have to study for four consecutive years there to become local. Employees will have to shift early or face problems for several years later. This will push them to edge and decide.

However it is said that 40% government employees who have children currently pursuing higher education in Hyderabad would prefer to retain their local candidate status in Telangana. But some of them have to shift to Amaravati very soon. So they are reaching out to the AP government to make a provision for such candidates to get local status in Andhra.
