Naidu’s new move to win confidence of Capital farmers!

The state government had entrusted the work of preparing a revised Master Plan of Amaravati to Singapore company, Surbana. With this revised Master Plan, farmers who gave their lands to the capital construction in land pooling will get to know where exactly their commercial and residential plots are located.

The process is likely to complete in 45 days and Surbana will station a team in Vijayawada until the work is completed. Earlier the company operated from Hyderabad. The company will be assisted by a high level meeting of expert consultations in this process.

Once the work is completed, it will be available for public debate. The government will then seek objections or suggestions if any from the normal public. While Surbana worked on the master plan for free, it is not clear now if they will be paid any fee for the new task.
