Naidu’s No meeting day back fires!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has announced Wednesday and Thursday of every week as No Meeting days and asked all secretaries and heads of departments would tour the districts and inspect projects under their charge.

But the plan seem to have back fired as most secretaries and HODs instead of going to field visits, went back home after spending some time at the office.Very few actually went on a field visit and for the remaining it was like a paid holiday.

The secretariat on the first No meeting days i.e. on Wednesday and Thursday wore a deserted look. The officials further relaxed as the Chief Minister is away on his six-day tour of Japan. Since some of the top ministers and officials also accompanyed, the number of visitors at the Secretariat were very less.
