He promised to set up a dialysis centre at the Bangarupalyam government hospital. Lokesh stated that he would cover the entire expenses of the centre to ensure easy access to treatment for kidney patients, who often travel long distances for dialysis.

Cut to 2024, the Telugu Desam Party came to power in Andhra Pradesh, forming a coalition government with Janasena and the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Now, Lokesh has fulfilled the promise he made at Bangarupalyam. True to his word, he established a dialysis centre at the Bangarupalyam government hospital.

The centre will now cater to the medical needs of kidney patients in the surrounding areas.

Lokesh made promises at each milestone of his Yuva Galam Padayatra, and he is expected to fulfil all of them in the coming days.
