Nara Lokesh Is Not Accused In Fiber Grid: CID

The YCP government and the AP CID have been stacking up cases of their choice against Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh. CBN has already been jailed in skill case under questionable conditions.

Now, the focus is on Nara Lokesh and he was served notice by CID in the Inner Ring Road case. And the CID has also been pursuing the Fiber Grid scam case against him.

However, cut to now, the CID has told the court that they haven’t included Lokesh as an accused in the case till now.

“Lokesh is not added as the accused on the list till now. If we wish to investigate him with regard to this case. We will certainly issue 41A notice and carry out all legal procedures.” CID’s lawyers told the court.

The court ordered CID to investigate the case in a legally binding manner and the CID representatives obliged to the same.

Lokesh’s lawyer argued that the CID had investigated 94 people in connection with this case but not a single one of them have pointed the finger at Lokesh till now.
