The horrifying Vizag steel plant accident, which killed eight people and left multiple others gravely injured has become a new political discourse in AP now. Almost all the discussions in the political circles are regarding this topic since last evening.
The good thing that the government date was send out IT Minister, Lokesh and deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, who hold two of the highest positions in the administration and they were on the job.
Both Lokesh and Pawan Kalyan were extremely receptive of the employees and public that had turned up at the venue and they interacted with the concerned people for hours together.
Lokesh made it very clear that this government is not confining to giving out cheques and closing the matter. He pointed out that it was the NDA government that was stopped at the privatisation of this plant and assured that strong measures would be taken.
It is clear that Lokesh does not just want to give away money and close this chapter but he wants a consolidated solution in a timeframe of 90 days. He was very straightforward.
DCM Pawan Kalyan also pointed out that he would be meeting the concerned people and interact with them for 4 to 5 hours if needed to find an amicable solution.
The two top representatives of the state administration were present on the scene and they assured all possible support. Now it comes down to finding an efficient solution while helping the victims in a timely manner. If these two can be achieved, it would be a resolve to this unfortunate situation.
