
One of the most important political tours in recent times for Telugu Desam is undoubtedly Yuvagalam. This Yatra was not just important for Lokesh to connect with the masses but also an important stepping stone for TDP before the elections.
Coming to the topic, Lokesh wrapped up the Yuvagalam Yatra in Gajuwaka today. The Yatra lasted 226 days and Lokesh covered a whopping 3132 kilometres through the same.
Gajuwaka turned into a sea of yellow as TDP members from across the Telugu states came in support of Lokesh and walked with him in this final day of Yuvagalam.
Lokesh was also accompanied by his mother Bhuvaneshwari and mother-in-law Vasundhara Devi. The turnout for the Yuvagalam Yatra was such that the Gajuwaka highway was blocked for 2 kilometres due to excessive public turnout, say reports.
Addressing the crowds at Yuvagalam for one last time, Lokesh said this will mark the commencement of something big as Telugu Desam Party will stake its claim at forming the government along with JSP in the election.
Lokesh and Chandrababu will soon be leaving to Vizianagaram district where the final campaign related to Yuvagalam will be held. This huge event is being organised by TDP leaders on a large scale. This will be the first big political meet from TDP and JanaSena before the 2024 elections.
