Modi Calls KCR a Water Man

Prime Minister Narendra Modi indulged in an interesting conversation with Chief Ministers who have attended NDA Presidential Candidate, Ram Nath Kovind’s Nomination Ceremony the other day. Modi inquired about the rainfall in the states.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao said the rainfall is satisfactory and also added that it was on satisfactory levels the last year as well while the CMs of AP, Madhya Pradesh and Maharastra told the PM that they are not up to the mark.

“You are a Water Man. You are emphasizing on drinking and irrigation projects which will benefit everyone. So, Telangana is getting ample rains, Modi said to KCR informed Telangana CMO to the media. KCR attended the ceremony despite not being a part of NDA.
