Modi To Micromanage Jagan?

If the indications are anything to go by, Andhra Pradesh may have a Governor of its own. After the Bifurcation, both the Telugu States have the same Governor, ESL Narasimhan. He was a UPA appointee and was continued even by the NDA Government. Now, Narasimhan may be changed.

Recently, there are reports that the central government is contemplating the change but held up in the last minute as there is no Raj Bhavan in Andhra Pradesh. The State Government was asked to ready the Official Residence of the Governor as soon as possible. The State Government is contemplating to change CM Camp Office to Interim Raj Bhavan.

The CM Camp Office set up by Chandrababu Naidu is not being used by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy after he assumed office. Jagan had converted his Tadepalli Residence as the CM Camp Office. until now, Governor is residing in the Star Hotels of Vijayawada whenever he visits the Capital.

All these indications reflect that Andhra Pradesh may have a new governor. There are rumors that the Center wants to have a governor for AP to keep a tab on the State Government. If the Central Government appoints someone tough like Kiran Bedi, we may conclude that Chandrababu like treatment awaits Jagan Mohan Reddy.
