Nellore Rural: Will Lokesh Give Clarity?

Nellore Rural MLA Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy waved a Red flag against Jagan Mohan Reddy. He voted against YSR Congress in MLA-quota MLC elections and got suspended from the party.

Adala Prabhakar Reddy was made the in-charge after this. Adala who is a cash bag is using his might to bring all local leaders to his side and desert Sridhar Reddy.

Adala was in TDP between 2014 and 2019. He is also trying to attract some of the party leaders to his side to counter Kotamreddy.

Meanwhile, Sridhar Reddy is being silent these days. Chandrababu did not confirm a seat for Sridhar Reddy until now.

TDP is asking him to join unconditionally and then we will talk about the seat, the party’s high command is saying.

TDP cadre and local leaders are coming to the media and saying he is not welcome to the party for all the harassment he did to them all these years.

Kotamreddy was a close confidante of Jagan and did all sorts of name-calling to Chandrababu and Lokesh. He is also charged with attacks on many TDP activists in the constituency.

Probably, there will be some clarity on the constituency when Lokesh’s Padayatra enters the Nellore Rural constituency.
