Former YCP Minister and current Janasena leader, Balineni Srinivas Reddy gave a strong counter to YCP leader Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy who accused Balineni of criticising YCP only to get praised by Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan.
when he joined Janasena, he had already stated that his political career was a blessing from YS Rajasekhara Reddy. He reminded Chievireddy that he left his MLA and Minister position and joined YCP after YSR’s demise.
He questioned if Jagan is the only family member of YSR and not Sharmila or Vijayalakshmi. He said that he is not working for anyone’s appreciation and warned Chevireddy to mind his words.
“I never fell on Jagan’s feet like you. I never indulged in blindly praising Jagan like you. You fell on his feet and got the ticket. I didn’t. That is the reason why I am out of the party now,” said Balineni. He questioned why YCP gave Ongole MP ticket to Chevireddy even when Magunta Srinivas Reddy did well for the constituency and the party.
“Just because Magunta garu didn’t abuse Chandrababu garu, you didn’t give a ticket to him. Do people need to abuse other party leaders to get tickets in YCP?” questioned Balineni.
