New Seemandhra Capital in 45 days!

Congress Party led UPA government is hell bent on the state bifurcation issue and wants to pass the Telangana bill in this session at any cost. But it will need the support of opposition party, BJP to pass the bill. However, BJP repeatedly made it clear that Congress had to address the problems of Seema Andhra people for getting their support. To lure the opposition, government is planning to announce that it will complete the identification of Seema Andhra Captial in 45 days and will also announce Tax relaxation for the backward Rayalaseema and Uttarandhra.

Government will itself fund for the infrastracture development of the new capital. Raj Bhavan, Secretariat, High court, Assembly etc will all be built by Central funds.There will be a tribunal to ensure Krishna and Godavari waters are divided well. The two states will have same governor who will also handle the law and order in Hyderabad. In a way, Center will take the responsibility of Seema Andhra people and their assets in Hyderabad.
