New Twist in Talasani’s resignation!

Former Chief whip, Gandra Venkata Ramana revealed that Speaker’s office had told him that they did not receive any resignation from Talasani Srinivas Yadav who was elected on TDP ticket and is now in TRS cabinet. While Talasani and Telangana CM KCR was telling that his resignation is pending with Speaker office.

This development comes as a surprise. Congress leaders have filed an RTI application about this with Speaker’s office and they say they received this information as reply. If true, this will mean that Talasani and Telangana government is misleading people on the issue.

Before joining TRS and taking oath as minister, Talasani showed the resignation letter to media. This seem to be a tactic by TRS to avoid bielection in Sanathnagar where settlers are in majority. This will also mean that they have also misled the Governor.
