NIA Intensifies Kodi Kathi Case Investigation

NIA which has started investigating Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Kodi Kathi Case has served Notices to Fusion Foods Restaurant Owner, Harshavardhan and the workers in the restaurant asking them to appear before them for questioning. The accused was working in that restaurant when the attack happened.

NIA already took the custody of the accused Srinivas Rao and has been questioning him in Hyderabad for the last five days. NIA took over the case after YSR Congress went to the High Court demanding an investigation by a third party which can not be influenced by the State Government.

YSR Congress is of the opinion that it is a clear case of Assassination attempt on the Opposition Leader aided by the State Government. Vishaka Police had concluded that Srinivasa Rao is indeed a fan of Jagan but attacked him to get sympathy. He also tried to become a Hero before the women he knows with this Attack.
