Niti Aayog Former Chief Hails Naidu’s AP

Former Vice Chairman of Niti Aayog, Arvind Panagariya recently resigned to his post and in a recent interview hailed Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu‘s regime and described Sun Rise Andhra Pradesh as the fulcrum of activity.

“With the direct feedback, I received from the ground level during my stint in the Niti Aayog. I don’t hesitate to state with all conviction that AP is the fulcrum of activity and thereby a center of attraction for investors from across the World, he said.

But then, Niti Aayog during Panagariya’s stint barely helped Andhra Pradesh. Going by the words of Panagriya, it may be due to political compulsions one can conclude. It is known to our readers that Modi dissolved Planning Commission and brought Niti Aayog in its place.
