No bad blood: Khairatabad Ganesh’s Laddu from E.G.

Despite the bad blood between both the Telugu States, Khairathabad Ganesh will have no implications. The Maha Laddu of Khairathabad Ganesh will be prepared by Suruchi Foods, the famed laddu maker from Tapeswaram in East Godavari.

This will be the sixth consecutive year, the Lord is getting Laddu from Suruchi foods. This year Laddu will weigh a whopping 5,600 kg to the lord this year, a good 400 kg more than the laddu it offered last year. The Laddu is offered at free of cost to the Lord every year and it will continue despite the state division.

Suruchi Foods owner Malli Babu, and 16 members will take ‘Ganesh Maladharana Deeksha’ and will make the Laddu for six days. The Laddu will be decorated on September 15th and will be dispatched to Hyderabad on September 16th. The laddu will be offered to the Lord at Khairatabad on Vinayaka Chaviti on September 17,
