No more Star hotels accommodations for AP Ministers!

In the wake of working from Hyderabad and Vijayawada, AP Ministers and officials are shuttling between both the cities. When in Vijayawada, ministers and senior officials are opting to reside in star hotels of the city which is becoming a huge burden for the debt ridden state exchequer

The Chief Minister today had instructed the ministers to forego star hotel accommodations. He instructed them to stay in government guest houses when in Hyderabad. He asked officials to make necessary repairs to the guest houses if needed.

The Chief Minister also instructed Ministers to hold their review meetings in Vijayawada state guest house and the officials are asked to conduct their review meetings in AP Tourism Haritha conference hall. The finance ministry is instructed to follow these orders and not to clear star hotel accommodation bills further.
