No Single TDP Leader Named In YS Viveka Murder Chargesheet

YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder created a big sensation back in 2019. Vivek’s nephew YS Jagan and his camp accused that TDP which was in power during the time of the development was behind the murder. A CBI enquiry was commissioned to identify the culprits.

Now, the CBI has filed a charge sheet pertaining to the case. In the charge sheet, Gangi Reddy, Sunil Yadav, Uma Shankar Reddy, and Dasthagiri were named as the accused.

While Jagan’s camp accuses TDP for Viveka’s murder, not a single TDP leader was named in CBI’s charge sheet. In fact, the accused individuals are YCP supporters and a few of them are close to the YS camp.

Incidentally, there was no noticeable progress in Viveka’s murder case after Jagan took charge as the chief minister. Now, CBI has taken over the case and it has named the accused. In contrast to YCP’s argument, none of them belong to TDP.
