No Takers for YSRCP dist President posts!

Exactly one year ago there was a mad rush to bag some post or other in YSR Congress among the political leaders. Even though Jagan Mohan Reddy is fat rich, he never really had to spend a penny for the elections as leaders competed with each other to impress the party by spending huge money. Once the election results are out, the bubble is burst and YSR Congress had to remain in opposition with mere 67 MLA seats. All those who spent money are in neck deep troubles with severe debts. The problems of the leaders are so many that they are not ready to take any party posts offered by Jagan as those posts in opposition will only mean spending more money.

YSR Congress had announced the party president for each district couple of months ago but except one or two, none of the announced persons took charge as district presidents. All the leaders who have lost money on the party are demanding to return their money or instill them in some money making nominated posts which will be allotted to the opposition party. But as always there are too many people for too little posts and as every time, Jagan is giving importance to his community leaders to such posts. The best example of the crisis is Balineni Srinivas Reddy who played a crucial role in the party before the elections. Balineni was appointed as district president of Prakasam but is yet to take charge.
