Nomadic Naidu tiring his bureaucrats!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu living to his promise of working at least five days a week in the state. The CM is busy with the district tours since his Turkey tour. However these tours of Naidu are tiring the bureaucrats and officials following him.

Several IAS and IPS officials are following the Chief Minister to the review meetings in the districts while the staff of various departments are still in Hyderabad. Besides being tired, they also complain that these review meetings will be useful only when they are supplemented by immediate follow-up action.

As the department heads are on the move and the subordinate staff staying in Hyderabad, the communication gap has become all the more glaring. In some occasions, the staff have to wait for days to get the signature of the head of the department even for a small approval. All these again stress the need of shifting administration to Amaravati as soon as possible.
