Two Reputed Architects for Amaravati Govt Complex

Norman Foster from Britain and India’s Hafeez Contractor will be working in tandem as the Master Architect of Amaravati Government Complex and Iconic Buildings coming there. Both the companies have submitted joint bids when the tenders were called for and are now selected.

The companies have quoted 67 Crore as their fee but CRDA is in consultation with them to bring it down a bit. They will be given three months time for Planning and designing of the necessary structures. The state government is adamant of beginning the construction work by April next year.

The entire Government Complex will come up in 1350 acres. The companies should decide guidelines for Town Planning, Government Complex Planning and the detailed designs of the Iconic Buildings. The government is planning to complete the government complex construction by December 2018 at any cost. Rajamouli will also give his inputs to the companies on the designs.
