Jio Fiber and TV had announced something sensational. At the Annual General Meeting, Reliance Chairman, Mukesh Ambani announced that Reliance TV would very soon feature aggregated content from over 12 leading global OTT players such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, Voot, SonyLiv, Zee5, JioCinema, JioSaavn, YouTube and many others.

This will be a sensation if Jio manages to pull it off. All the bundled benefits of all OTT Platforms under one roof are something unheard of in the Indian market. The service once started would bundle all the leading streaming services, mobile, and broadband into a single service.

It is a matter of convenience and the subscribers would also get most services at competitive prices. However, it has to be seen how Jio will price this service. A few years ago, Jio had disrupted the Telecom market with its predatory pricing and now, DTH and broadband segment seem to be the target next.

It is already known to our readers that Global Tech giants like Google and Facebook have made huge investments in Jio in recent times.
