
TDP Incharge Uma Maheshwara Naidu approached the High Court alleging that Usha Sri Charan and her followers encroached 100 acres of a river in Survey Number 329 and sold them as plots.
Uma Maheshwara Naidu mentioned in the petition that he already complained about it to the local revenue officials but to of no use.
He mentioned the Revenue department Principal Secretary, RDO, and other officials as respondents in the petition.
The court adjourned the petition after two weeks asking the government to file a counter.
The land value is expected to be over 200 Crores.
